1. Purpose
1.1 This document, referred to as the "Privacy Policy", describes how we collect, process and store personal data belonging to you, i.e. information concerning you and enabling you to be personally identified.
1.2 REGGI & CO, a société par actions simplifiée with its registered office at 33, boulevard Carnot 59000 Lille, registered in the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 820 177 301 (hereinafter referred to as "REGGI", "we", "us" or "our"), with respect to the use of our applications available on the App Store and Google Play (hereinafter referred to as the "Game" or "Games") and any associated services (the "Services").
1.3 Access to our Games and Services is free and requires no prior registration. We therefore do not ask you for any personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
1.4 By using our Services, you agree to abide by our privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").
1.5 In accordance with the terms of use of our Services, you must be at least 12 years old to access and use them.
2 Nature of information collected
2.1 We do not collect any information about you.
2.2 We use cookies and other similar technologies as part of our Services. These technologies work by either (i) placing a small file on your computer or mobile device that stores information; and/or (ii) accessing information on your device.
We use cookies and similar technologies to :
- enable us to recognize you and your device, for example by identifying your IP address
- obtain data such as your device model, operating system and screen size, other applications installed on your device and information about how you use our Services.
By accessing and/or using our Services, you agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can disable cookies via your web or mobile browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from using certain features of our Services. Alternatively, if you do not want us to collect data in the manner set out in this section, you should stop using our Services.
When you use our Services via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we do not collect or store any of your payment information.
3 General provisions
3.1 If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
3.2 This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. We may modify our Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will endeavor to inform you of material changes to our Privacy Policy if we believe that such changes may materially disadvantage you. If you do not agree to such changes, you must immediately stop using our Services.
